Punjabi Pop-stars Upping The ‘Fashion Factor’

When two Punjabi pop-stars Badshah and Diljit Dosanjh were playing ”know-your-brand’ fashion quiz with Karan Johar on Koffee with Karan, the duo were beaten in the ‘fashion game’ by another Punjabi pop-star, Sunanda Sharma. Diljit and Badshah sure knew their Guccis from Puccis but the petite Sunanda was hobnobbing with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in Milan.

Sunanda was a special invitee for D&G’s latest Alta Moda and Alta Sartoria show (the design duo’s answer to haute couture) staged in the historic Palazzo Litta in Milan on December 08, 2018. The pretty singer garnered warm attention from fashion biggies and even were sought after at Fendi and Versace. Way to go gal! Just a word of caution – do not get carried away with it all like Kanika Kapoor. It affects the longevity of your career as a singer…

The Dolce & Gabbana collection was inspired by the Milanese renaissance, and saw masterpieces by Botticelli and Leonardo da Vinci translated into rich dresses, coats and jackets (looked more like bath robes), encrusted with embroidery.

Dolce and Gabbano, those racist old bags, probably cracked a few curry jokes as they laughed their way to the bank with moolah from Sunanda, Kanika and the rest of the molls.
